[Important Notice] Free Sky has temporarily shut down its operation.

To help prevent the 2019-nCoV infection and avoid the epidemic spread of cross-infection from people gathering, Free Sky will suspend its operation from January 25, 2020. The closed areas include the B1 ticket box, parent-children playground, unique technology interactive area, sightseeing elevator, and 116F sightseeing platform. There will be a further notice about the time for opening again. The public may follow Freesky's Sina Weibo to stay informed of the updates.

Tourists who have purchased tickets may apply for a full refund via the original purchase channel. Call the customer service hotline at +86 755 2916 3888 for help or more details.

We thank citizens and relevant organizations for their concern and support! We also thank you for your understanding of our effort to contain the epidemic spread! We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience caused by our temporary shutdown.

We suggest that citizens who go out during the Spring Festival take proper personal safety precautions, wear masks, wash hands and avoid staying in crowded spaces!
